Welcome to the Rese platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Rese platform and its services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Content Ownership and Use

1.1. All content published on the Rese platform remains the property of the content creators. Users retain the rights to their content and its distribution, as per the NFT contentization model.

1.2. Users must ensure that the content they publish does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. Rese is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by user-generated content.

2. User Identity and Privacy

2.1. Users are required to create a Rese DID (Decentralized Identity) to access the Rese platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their DID and associated wallet.

2.2. Rese follows strict privacy practices to protect user data and identity. User information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without user consent.

3. NFT Transactions

3.1. The Rese NFT Marketplace facilitates the buying, selling, and auctioning of NFTs. Users are solely responsible for their transactions and interactions.

3.2. All transactions are conducted using the RESE token. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a sufficient balance of RESE tokens in their wallets.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. Users are prohibited from posting content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

4.2. Users must not engage in spam, phishing, or any other fraudulent activities on the Rese platform.

4.3. Users must not engage in toxic behavior, harassment, hate speech, or use offensive language on the platform.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Users should strive to resolve any disputes or disagreements that arise between them. Rese is not responsible for disputes between users.

5.2. In case of any legal disputes, users agree that the courts in Web3 Space shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

6. Modifications

6.1. Rese reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform's services or features at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

7.1. The Rese platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Rese makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Users agree that Rese shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Web3 Space, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
